Susanne is a travel and street photographer.
Ever since her childhood in Germany when her father gave her his old camera, she has been passionate about taking pictures. Photography for her is like being a child again: exploring the world around her, seeing things as if for the first time, and capturing these special moments. Her greatest joy is to have her pictures move others emotionally – to induce the childlike wonder of observing something new in their environment for the first time.
After graduating from university, Susanne worked in the travel industry, which gave her the opportunity to see the world and to capture life with her camera. Susanne moved to New York in 2011 and began to study photography at the International Center of Photography. She views New York as a city that reinvents itself every day and has fallen in love with the endless possibilities New York offers.
